We deliver across Morocco. The usual time is 1 to 5 days depending on the city. An estimate is shown at checkout.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free for any order from 1,000 Dhs. Below that, a standard rate of 25 Dhs applies.

We accept three payment methods: credit/debit card, cash on delivery (cash when you receive your parcel) and bank transfer.

Returns & Refunds

Return & refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 7 days after delivery to request a return.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and accessories.
  • Items defective on arrival are replaced or refunded at no cost.
  • For electric scooters, no return is accepted after use on public roads, except for a proven defect on unboxing.
Refund: once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 3 to 7 business days. For any request, contact us via WhatsApp or the contact page with your order number.
