We deliver across Morocco. The usual time is 1 to 7 days depending on the city. An estimate is shown at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for any order from 500 Dhs. Below that, a standard rate of 50 Dhs applies.

We accept three payment methods: credit/debit card, cash on delivery (cash when you receive your parcel) and bank transfer.

📜 Terms, Conditions & Warranty Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Please read the following terms and instructions carefully before operating your electric scooter:
1. 📖 Initial Instructions
User Manual: Please read the enclosed instruction manual completely before operating the scooter for the first time to ensure your safety and optimal performance.
2. 🛡️ Warranty Terms & Coverage
Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for 30 days starting from the date of purchase.
Scope of Service: The warranty is limited to replacing defective spare parts covered under policy and does not include replacing the entire scooter.
3. ⚠️ Void Warranty Conditions
The warranty will be considered null and void in the following cases:
Water Damage: Water or liquid reaching any of the electronic components.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any alteration to speed settings or technical specifications (as detailed below).
4. ⚡ Speed Limits & Legal Liability
Original Settings: The buyer acknowledges receiving the electric scooter set by the seller to a maximum speed not exceeding 25 km/h, according to original factory settings upon delivery.
Transfer of Responsibility: The buyer assumes full responsibility for any modification, removal, or alteration made after delivery that increases the speed or changes the scooter's features (whether performed by themselves or a third party).
Legal Liability: In the event of such modifications:
The seller and manufacturer are fully exempt from any legal, civil, or criminal liability resulting from these changes.
The warranty is automatically rendered void for any faults or damages resulting from the modification.
